Consider admin endpoints. Maybe they can be operated with a specific key (root key?).

Things that may be useful as authenticated operator endpoints:

run quota/stats check-fix
delete unused buckets
list contents of user buckets
moderation operations, bans, deletes, allows, quotas, federation
