Add support to fetch markdown files raw text/plain. This would be more useful for 3rd party apps to leverage the content. For instance, a personal Web site displaying the notes as a blog or a TUI to render markdown into something terminal friendly.

Also consider a JSON response, maybe encapsulating the markdown doc with its signature.

Take this time to review other endpoints to see if it may be useful to provide other response content-types.
